Q. DO I HAVE TOWING ON MY POLICY?
A. If you have towing on your policy it will be listed on your declaration page under Roadside Assistance. If you cannot find a current copy of your policy, or are unsure if you have towing coverage, please call us at 231-755-4949.

Q. WHAT DO I DO IF I NEED ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE?
A. Some policies offer Roadside Assistance Concierge Service. If your policy offers this service you would have received a Roadside Assistance Card when you received your current policy declaration and proofs of insurance. Simply call the number listed on the card and they will help you by contacting a tow company for you and will bill us directly with no out-of-pocket expense to you.
If your policy does not offer this service or you can’t find your card, simply call a towing company of your choice. Pay for the services, and then drop off, fax or mail a copy of the invoice to us. We will see that you are reimbursed for any expense up to the limit listed on your policy.

Q. HOW DO I GET REIMBURSED FOR A TOW BILL?
A. Simply mail, fax or drop off a copy of your invoice. We will then send you a check in the amount of the invoice – up to the limit listed on your policy. Please click here for information on how to contact us.

PROOF OF INSURANCE

Q. I CAN’T FIND MY CURRENT PROOF OF INSURANCE?
A. We will be glad to provide you with a new proof of insurance. You may either call us at 231-755-4949 and request a new proof or you can stop by or office anytime during business hours. You may also email us a request. If you email us your request, be sure to include your name, the vehicle(s) you need proofs for and how you want us to get the Proof of Insurance to you. We can fax or mail them, or you can stop by our office to pick up your new proof of insurance.

Q. MY BANK NEEDS CURRENT PROOF OF INSURANCE COVERAGE?
A. Simply mail, fax or drop off the letter from your bank and we will take care of providing them current proof of insurance.

A. We do not do quotes online. Please call our office at 231-755-4949 and we will discuss your insurance options with you. You may also stop by our office. Please bring a copy of your current policy so an agent may give you a true comparison quote.
